Payment Options

We have several different options available to make payment easy and convenient for you! Please read the billing information page and contact us if you have any questions.

Online Payments - New Process

We have changed to a new online payment system!

As a response to your requests, customers may now pay by either credit card (Visa, Master Card, Discover, or American Express), debit card, or echeck. We hope you will enjoy this added functionality.

The first time you log in, you will need to provide your account number and the assigned password that you will find on your bill. If you do not have the bill to reference, feel free to call us at 423-559-8505 for assistance.

When you are ready to submit your first payment, notice that there is a box you can check to create a profile. If you do this, you won’t have to input all of your information each time, as it will be saved.

Night Drop
Our night drop box is open 24/7 for your convenience.

Bank Draft
Never worry about mailing your payment again! Contact us to set up a bank draft option.
